Seat Leon 110bhp remap

Hi Chris,

Thanks for doing the remap for me.

I did 300 miles over the weekend and the car is running better than ever! Really like the extra bit of power which I mostly notice when over taking, makes it much easier.

My MPG seems to have gone up too.

Hope to use you again for something next. Don’t know what else I can do to this car but will be keeping till it dies.

Audi S3 intake pipe by CC tuning & SFS

Along with SFS we have developed a new intake pipe which is 80mm in diameter all the way down to the turbo where it tapers down to fit perfectly on to the KO4 turbo. This will improve turbo spool time by allowing more air into the turbo and engine thus improving bhp and torque.

The silcone hose comes in a wide range of colours and fits perfectly to replace your small and weak standard pipe which can change shape under load causing resticted air flow when you need it most.

The readings above show the difference of air flow from the MAF readings and shows the massive difference between pipes.

Mazda diesel remapping

These engines have been difficult to read, but with the on going investment in tools and technology we can now succsessfully read and write to the cars engine management systems.

This also includes DPF delete software which is now available.

New VW T5 2000 CRDI 130bhp

Today we have had the new face lift VW T5 in for ECU re-calibration with the new 2ltr common rail engine fitted.

Due to this engine now being fitted with the new security locked EDC17 cp20 ECU we first had to locate the ECU which had been moved to under the battery on the passenger front.

With the ECU moved and opened we could then bypass the second encryption in the ECU in boot mode. Now we had the complete read from the ECU we could then start creating new modified software. We then asked the customer what he would like to achieve from the remap to which he said a blend of both, economy and power. With an increase of 38bhp and 80nm torque the van drove completely different, pulling strong throughout the gears. All we need now is the feedback on the mpg benefit so stay tuned for the outcome!!
