Leon Sport remap

Posted on by CCTuning

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Chris at CCTuning for a friendly and reliable service during my recent ‘Leon remap’ session.
Me and the mssus set off @7:55am for a 12 o’clock appointment. 211 miles later, we arrived at CCTuning’s HQ @11:30!
The wife sat in the lovely warm office while I watched Chris wave his magic wand at my Reference Sport.

Feed back

Posted on by CCTuning

I have to post about my Ford Galaxy 140TDCI Chris did a map for me a couple of weeks ago at the time he told me that the ECU on the Fords take some time to adjust and that as time and miles go on the power would increase. Well before Chris did his magic the car did a respectable 146.8 BHP and 334 NM after Chris did his work we had 159 BHP and 403nm Torque.
He said it would get better as the ECU learned the new map, I hadn\’t come across this before but I hadn\’t had an engine mapped for over 4 years and we all know about new technology and the spped it changes.
After 500-600 miles I felt it getting better I describe it like we are getting there very quickly yet it seems we are not rushing it\’s the smoothest map I have ever had.
I was getting happier as time went on so I phoned Chris to say how much better it was getting and I would like to know what power it has now. He found some time a few days later and I went over and had it back on the dyno….. The results were amazing we now have 169.4BHP and a MASSIVE 422.5NM torque. No wonder I felt it was getting better!!!!
I am a person who likes facts, the placebo effect doesn\’t work with me as I\’ve been tuning racing 2 strokes for over 20 years there is too much Bull Sh1t around.
What upsets me is when people will say “well we could do better maybe 185BHP and 450NM”
They have no dyno and no proof but people will go there and pay good money, honestly you have to wonder how a professional tuning company can exist without a dyno?
Chris has been around a long time and knows his stuff he does not Bull Sh1t in fact he doesn\’t over sell himself he lets his work do the talking if you want a professional job done by one of the nicest people around give Chris a call you too will become another happy CC tuned customer.

Hi Chris,

Hope you’re well. The remap has got better and better and has made a world of difference to the car. The other half took it to work today(first time driving it) while I cleaned hers on my day off and unfortunately fell in love with the it! She returned home to say would a remap make a difference to a diesel car like her Beetle.

Thanks

Seat Leon 110bhp remap

Posted on by CCTuning

Hi Chris,

Thanks for doing the remap for me.

I did 300 miles over the weekend and the car is running better than ever! Really like the extra bit of power which I mostly notice when over taking, makes it much easier.

My MPG seems to have gone up too.

Hope to use you again for something next. Don’t know what else I can do to this car but will be keeping till it dies.

Many Thanks

Zach

Audi S3 intake pipe by CC tuning & SFS

Posted on by CCTuning

Along with SFS we have developed a new intake pipe which is 80mm in diameter all the way down to the turbo where it tapers down to fit perfectly on to the KO4 turbo. This will improve turbo spool time by allowing more air into the turbo and engine thus improving bhp and torque.

The silcone hose comes in a wide range of colours and fits perfectly to replace your small and weak standard pipe which can change shape under load causing resticted air flow when you need it most.

The readings above show the difference of air flow from the MAF readings and shows the massive difference between pipes.

Other models are availabe, contact us for more details.
